We beautifully furnish the property and then rent it out to people on a short-term basis. What if you miss rent?

Are you Airbnb?

We are a corporate rental company and to bring more attention to the property we will leverage different rental platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Evolve, and Bookings.com 

What about the wear and tear on the property with so many guests coming thru?

With a rental sub-lease lasting 2-4 years. There will be less turnover, vacancy and related expenses. Also the property experiences reduced wear and tear since guests occupancy rate is 60%-70% compared to the degredation typically incurred by traditional long-term tenants.

What if guests lose their keys or don't drop them off at the end of their stay? That does not seem safe.

First Flag will install smart locks which we can control remotely and change the passwords frequently as needed.

Do I really need you to do this? I can do it on my own.

You can absolutely do this. However, it does take significant work such as furnishing, installing smart locks, security cameras, and noise monitors. Then upload the property to all the rental platforms and coordinate with your guests and their dates of stay. Instead, you can sit back collect the monthly rent and have the peace of mind that First Flag will make sure your property is well maintained and clean.

Why don't you do this on your own property?

We do have one rental property that has  traditional tenants. We are planning to purchase another property for the business but, in the meantime share this model with other landlords so that it's a win-win situation for both. 

Will you be having parties at the property?

First Flag has a no party policy. We will install security cameras at the front door to monitor guests entering and leaving. We will also install noise monitors to detect any loud disturbances. We meticulously screen our guests by verifying their identification and selecting individuals who will show utmost respect for the property.
